X Factor Indonesia


The X Factor Indonesia is a Indonesian television music competition, adapted from the original UK show as part of The X Factor franchise, to find new singing talent in the Indonesia. It is also the second franchise to be adapted in Southeast Asia. Source

  • Ahmad Dhani


    • Is an Indonesian rock musician, songwriter, arranger, and producer. He was the frontman of Dewa 19 and Ahmad Band, and also a member of the inter-continental band The Rock. He is the owner and chairman of Republik Cinta Management.
  • Rossa
    • Is an Indonesian singer, also known as Dato' Rossa in Malaysia ( Dato' is the most common title awarded in Malaysia, like Sir in UK). She remains one of the most popular artists in Indonesia and Malay-speaking countries, and one of the best selling Indonesian artist based on album sales which has sold approximately 5 million copies in the region.
  • Bebi Romeo

    • Is an Indonesian musician. He began his career in the mid-1990s as the vocalist of band Bima. Before their disbandment, the band released their only studio album, Sebuah Awal (1996), which featured single "Dua Hati". Bebi achieved his prominence in music scene after forming band Romeo in 1998. The band's most popular hit "Bunga Terakhir" (1999) was composed by Bebi himself. He has released four studio albums as the vocalist of the band. Bebi Romeo has regularly written and produced hit songs for many notable Indonesian recording artists, such as Krisdayanti, Ari Lasso, Chrisye, Rita Effendy, Reza Artamevia, and Afgansyah Reza. At the 2000 Anugerah Musik Indonesia, Bebi received the award for Best Record of the Year for "Mencintaimu" (sung by Krisdayanti). In 2012, Bebi wrote "Do You Really Love Me" as a collaboration with American vocal group Boyz II Men.
  • Anggun C. Samsi (Season 1)


    • Is an Indonesian and French-naturalised singer-songwriter. Anggun left Indonesia in 1994 to pursue an international career. After two years struggling in London and Paris, Anggun met French producer Erick Benzi and signed to Sony Music Entertainment. Her first international album, Snow on the Sahara (1997), was released in 33 countries worldwide and became the best-selling album by an Asian artist outside Asia.

He won various awards for his work, including Best Male Vocalist in the 2009 Anugerah Musik Indonesia and Best Male Artist in the 2009 Anugerah Planet Muzik.
      • is an award ceremony for artists engaged in the Malay and Indonesian language music world. The awards including singers from the allied countries, which are Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
  • Ayu Ting Ting (Guest judge, week 9)
    • Is an Indonesian dangdut singer who rose to fame in 2011 for her song "Alamat Palsu" ("Fake Address"). Her stage name, Ting Ting, is related to virginity.
      • Dangdut is a genre of Indonesian folk and traditional popular music that is partly derived from Hindustani, Malay, and Arabic music. Dangdut is a very popular genre in Indonesia because of its melodious instrumentation and vocals. Indonesians dance in the ghoomar style to dangdut music. Dangdut features a tabla and gendang beat.
